of sales. You determine your income based on the number of workshops that you hold. The average IRW workshop produces $200-$500
in sales.
Consultants need to meet a minimum of $300 in retail sales per quarter to be active. In addition, we require that
you hold at least one event per quarter to be considered active. Events are the way to reach our common goal, encouraging
and teaching others to perserve their memories!

What if I already have the products that are in my kit? Use them for Resale, Or Use them as extras
for your workshops.
How will I learn what I need to know? Each consultant has a leader who will help you through each phase
of your business. Your training manualcomes with handouts to help you along the way, from how to fill out forms to a few different
class ideas. Your leader is available to walk you through your training manual and to answer any questions you may have. Our
consultants have an excellent resource available in front of an online message board to excange ideas and ask/answer questions.
